Pulling the Engine
I finally pulled the engine out of my mustang today.
With the engine out I removed the transmission so I can get the engine ready to go on a stand.
First I removed the transmission cross member.
Then I attached the engine lift, unbolted the engine from its mounting points and pulled the engine.

Pulling the Seats
In the middle of getting ready to pull the engine I pulled the seats. Why yes there is a madness to my method.
The front seats are supposed to be bolted on with four nuts, only the front pair was there on each seat, yikes!

Hanging the hood on the wall
I hung the hood on the wall tonight up on a couple of shelf brackets fastened to studs with GRK structural lag screws. She looks good up there.
Removing the hood latch from the hood
I removed the hood latch from the hood today.
This thing could use a good cleaning but still works.
