Removing the driver side Hood Hinge

One of the bolts on my driver side fender had to be cut out, more on that in another blog, but I needed to remove the driver side hood hinge to do that. 

The hood hinges are held on by three 1/2 inch head bolts. 

The retaining nuts on these bolts were so rusty that they broke their tabs and started spinning in place. I ended up just tearing the thing out by pulling the nuts through the metal. I might pay for that later.

On to the adventure of the driver side fender.
